"Very friendly and great customer service. Bought a purse from them a few months back and the stitch for the strap broke. I took it in and he fixed it right then and there, didn't even have to drop it off or wait for it. The owners are great. Didn't even charge me anything since I had purchased the purse there, even though it obviously was not their fault; nor technically their responsibility since it was a fault of the manufacturer of the purse. They have an awesome selection and I truly don't think I will ever buy another purse anywhere else!"
